Good Food, Fun Cook @ Clementi

Good Food Fun Cook - Every Fri, 8pm
from 9 Nov for 12 episodes
Today's Theme: REDUCE STRESS.
Singapore well-known master chef, Sam Leong is live @ Clementi this afternoon.
We manage to snap a picture of Sam and YiFeng
Sam is demonstrating:
Steak - merinaded with ABC Beer
Fried Goose Liver with Tempura powder
Fried Cempedak
Come to learn how he prepares unique healthy cuisine from scratch. He is also very generous in sharing his culinary information and feasible cooking tips to the public.
What I have learnt:
1)No need to merinade High Grade Beef.
2)Do not poke the beef during cooking, simple flip it or else the steak will be very dried..
3)Normally, after slaugthering, the beef is left to rest in freezer for around 2 weeks.
4)Use little oil to fry goose liver
5)Goose liver is purely fat, so eat it occasionally..
Oh....YiFeng is very slim
+ Additional Information
There are eight distinct grades of beef recognized by the USDA.
In order of descending quality they are:
Prime
Choice
Select
Standard
Commercial
Utility
Cutter
Canner
Note: Each Good Food Fun Cook's episode will have a special theme...
