This is the fruit we use to make "Ribena" juice and even "Ribena" Jam.......
Home Made Ribena Syrup:
1)Tear apart 15 fruits' petals and put in the cooking pot
2) Add 250ml water
3) 2 small rock sugar
4) Stir frequently and let it boil
to serve as juice, simple add cold water to the Ribena syrup and add ice
to serve as jam, put the cooling Ribena syrup in a bottle and keep it in the refrigerator.
